Groundhog Project
Groundhog is a copper project in Alaska, in the information-gathering stage, carried out in close partnership with Kijik Corporation and the Nondalton community.

Groundhog is built on a lasting partnership with Kijik Corporation. The aim is a relationship that protects the land, returns any disturbed ground to its natural state, and gives Kijik Corporation the first opportunity at jobs and contracts.
Falcon is committed to working alongside the local community to create jobs, infrastructure, and long-term economic benefit, while meeting commitments to protect the subsistence needs that have supported hunting, fishing, and community traditions for generations. The project reflects Falcon’s broader strategy, in which responsible resource development, environmental stewardship, and local partnership are fundamental to long-term success.

The project creates local employment. Kijik Corporation continues to share how Shareholders and Descendants can apply.
Scholarship support
Scholarship funding is provided for Kijik Shareholders and Descendants.
A permanent seat
Kijik Corporation holds a permanent seat to help guide the project and represent shareholder interests.
