The Allied-Supply Rationale

U.S. supply security
requires allied-nation
copper.

Even with maximum domestic exploration investment, U.S. mine production cannot alone meet the copper demand required by grid electrification, AI infrastructure, and defense systems. Allied international supply is a structural necessity, not a supplement.

The U.S. government has recognized this through a bilateral critical-minerals agreement with Zambia, host to some of the world's highest-grade copper operations outside of Chile and Peru.

Falcon Allied Supply Chains operates within that bilateral framework, identifying and advancing tier-one copper projects in Zambia that can supply the allied critical-minerals network the U.S. is building.

01
Zambia's Copperbelt
Zambia's Copperbelt hosts some of the world's highest-grade copper deposits outside Chile and Peru. The geology and mining infrastructure represent a tier-one resource base operating under the U.S. bilateral critical-minerals framework.
02
The Zambia Framework
The U.S. has signed a bilateral critical-minerals supply agreement with Zambia, creating a legal and commercial architecture for U.S. companies to advance copper projects that contribute to allied-nation supply chains.
03
The Operator Advantage
The Falcon team built careers at Tenke Fungurume, Glencore Mutanda, and Freeport Africa, giving them operating relationships, geological knowledge, and infrastructure insight across the African Copperbelt that no outside party can replicate.
Policy Context

The bilateral framework
is in place.

“The U.S. has signed a bilateral critical-minerals supply agreement with Zambia, creating the policy architecture for allied copper supply that Falcon Allied Supply Chains is built to advance.”

The Zambia Framework
Zambia signed a bilateral critical-minerals supply framework with the United States, establishing the legal and commercial architecture for U.S. companies to advance copper projects that contribute to the allied supply chain. Zambia's Copperbelt geology is among the world's highest-grade outside Chile and Peru.
U.S.
Defense, AI, and grid demand
exceeds domestic supply
The Strategic Necessity
Even with maximum domestic exploration, U.S. mine production alone cannot meet the copper demand of grid electrification, AI infrastructure, and defense systems. Allied-nation supply is structural, not supplemental.
