What this website collects, why, and how to reach us about it. Effective August 22, 2026.
Scope
This notice covers the website at www.falconcopper.com, operated by Falcon Copper Corp. (“Falcon Copper,” “we,” “us”). It describes the information the site collects, how that information is used, who it is shared with, and how you can ask us to correct or remove it. The site is an informational corporate website: there are no user accounts, no purchases, and no login.
Information you give us
Newsroom distribution list. The registration form on the Newsroom page asks for your full name, email address, and optionally your organization and the kind of contact you are (investor, media, government, or partner). We record those fields and the time of submission in the content management system that runs this website, and we use them for one purpose: sending you Falcon Copper press releases and company announcements. To be removed from the list, email media@falconcopper.com.
Email correspondence. Contact on this site is by email. When you write to one of the addresses on the Contact page, we receive your address and whatever you choose to send, and we use it to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how quickly they load. We use those aggregate measurements to improve the site; we do not use them to build profiles of individual visitors. This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party advertising scripts.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. Information described above is shared only with the service providers that host and operate this website (our hosting provider and our content management system), who process it on our behalf, and where disclosure is required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Falcon Copper or others.
This site links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn and newswire services that carry our press releases. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@falconcopper.com. Distribution-list removal requests go to media@falconcopper.com. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
